Address: Varna, Knyaz Nikolaevich Str. 23 entrance B fl. 1 app. 2, there is a locksmith and a medical office opposite the block entrance – map.

The key safe is installed to the right of the door facing the street. The keys will be inside the safe no later than 14:00 on the day of your arrival.

In case you have chosen to meet you, I will give them to you personally.

The building doors are never locked, but they have ball handles on the outside, so you need a key to enter - do not forget to take it with you when you leave! Both doors open by turning the key clockwise. The longest key is for the apartment door. The other key with teeth is for the door facing the street (front door). The key with the holes is for the door facing the playground (back door). If you are entering from the street, the apartment is on the right, next to the stairs leading to the second floor.

Parking

If you have a car, you can park in the marked spaces on the streets or in any parking lot between the blocks, including the one next to the playground. Yellow shaded areas are prohibited for parking. Keep in mind that the entire neighborhood is a “Blue Zone” and parking everywhere is paid! The zone is open every day without exception from 9:00 to 20:00. You can park in the zone for a maximum of 3 consecutive hours if you pay per hour (price 0.51 euros per hour) by sending an SMS to number 1352 and text – the car number, or via the MPARK mobile application https://mpark.bg(through it you can also pay for a 30-minute stay). You can also pay for a full day stay – price 8.18 euros, but for this you must install the MPARK mobile application. You can also pay for the Blue Zone at the grocery store, which is located on the corner opposite the upper end of the block.

Please check out latest 11:00, so we can clean the apartment and prepare it for the other guests.

Please leave the keys on top of the cabinet under the mirror in the corridor.

Please make sure when leaving the property to close the street door fully.

Smoking cigars, cigarettes, pipes, etc. and all type of electronic/electric/evaporating smoking devices is NOTallowed in the property.

Pets

Bringing pets is NOT allowed in the property.

Silent hours

Please respect the neighbors and do not make a lot of noise during the time for resting:

from 14:00 to 16:00

from 23:00 to 7:00

Furniture and equipment

Please use the household furniture and appliances as intended.

WC

Please do not throw anything in the toilet, except toilet paper.

Internet

The Wi-Fi connection details are available on-site.

TV

Start the application EON TV and you will find all the available TV channels.

There are applications installed like Spotify, You Tube, NetFlix, etc. but there are no subscriptions to the services.

Water

The tap water is good for drinking and cooking. In case you buy a 10 l can of water, you can find a pump for it in the cabinets above the kitchen counter.

When using the hot water in the kitchen, please allow some time for it to get from the heater in the bathroom. There is no such delay in the bathroom itself. There is no hot water in the WC.

Hairdryer

You can find the hairdryer in the drawer of the cabinet in the corridor on the right side of the bathroom door.

Toilet paper

You will find toilet and kitchen paper in the same cabinet.

Duvets

There are lightweight duvets and extra pillows in the wardrobe you can use if you need.

Wash machine and ironing

You can use the wash machine if you need. There is no dryer so you can use the hangers in the balcony / loggia. There is iron in the wardrobe in the big bedroom and the ironing board is next to the wardrobe, behind the room door.

There is no dishwasher.

Kitchenware

Pots, pans, trays, plates, glasses and utensils can be found in the cupboards and drawers in the loggia and living room, including the oven drawer.

Food and beverages

All food items available in the apartment are for your use – they have been left by us or by previous guests.

Heating and AC

There is AC in the big bedroom only.

If you need heaters, you will find 2 convectors in the double door wardrobe hanging compartment. You can plug them in any of the electric sockets and use them.

Toys

There are children toys in the most left lower cabinet of the wardrobe.

Sightseeing

 

The See Garden

You can go to the See Garden on foot. It takes about 10 minutes to reach and enter it. The city beach is at a distance of ten more minutes walking.

There you can find children playgrounds, tennis courts, bars and restaurants, the Dolphinarium, the Zoo, the museum of Nature, the Planetarium (you can observe the stars and the night sky), the Aquarium and next to it the Naval museum. On the north part of the beach, you can find the Wake Park where you can ride a surf even there are no waves. There is also a skate park in the area of the Wake Park and many places serving food and drinks.

On south, the See Garden ends with the swimming pool complex and the Port where you can find many restaurants, bars and discotheques, and attractions for the small and grown children.
